A neighborhood nonprofit is seeking to wrest control of four more NorthSide Regeneration properties, utilizing a state nuisance law.
It marks the latest challenge for the real estate firm headed by Paul McKee, which has seen limited development in its massive footprint, leading to a deterioration of its relationship with City Hall.
The nonprofit Covenant Blu Grand Center Neighborhood Association last year sued NorthSide in a bid to get possession of 3509 Page Blvd. That's pending.
